Travis is amazing! Very personable, arrived within the time frame and got the job done quickly! Kyle came out a couple of weeks ago just for a maintenance check and discovered there was a leak and I had no refrigerant at all. I setup regular maintenance on my units for the first time and the tech was very personable, help me understand what he would be doing and how to help make sure the unit lasts. From the phone call to the office to schedule the visit to the tech from Pure Comfort they were very polite and easy to talk to and ask questions. As much as I hope I don’t need them…... It’s nice to know they are there and willing to help. These days a lot of companies don’t prioritize customer service and they have AMAZING customer service!

Fantastic experience! Jamie came out and checked everything. Our system is working well and there isn’t a reason for the alerts from the Electric company. He changed some settings and showed me some simple things to do to make better use of the warm air. Discussed some design changes we could do if the simple tricks aren’t enough. He didn’t try to upsell me anything. Unbelievable low cost for the time he took with me. I think I said something like, “Is that all???” We have a new service provider!!

He checked my entire dual fuel heat system to make sure everything would be ready to keep me comfortable all winter. Then he gave me a thorough report about it. Fast service for a gas fireplace repair. Was able to get an appt just 2 days out vs 3-4 weeks for the fireplace shop. Kyle took care of the problem and was able to explain the issue, plus other HVAC related questions I had.

My AC unit quit cooling about midnight during the July heat wave. Called Pure Comfort and they worked me in although they were covered up. John came out and replaced the capacitor and got my AC back in action.

We purchased a fixer upper with no central air. John came out and helped us decide on the appropriate system and was available and responsive throughout the entire process to answer any questions we had. Zac and the guys did an awesome job installing and the system passed it’s rough-in inspection on the first go. Ashley was great to work with in billing or passing on messages to John or the crew. Would definitely hire Pure Comfort again. Couldn’t ask for a better experience getting this big project done.

Told me they would be there between 8-9 am, showed up in that time frame, fortunately for me my furnace was turned off and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Only charged the service fee to come out there and went on their way within 20 minutes of being there. Good communication, on time, and got it all sorted out quicker than I expected!
We had issues with our AC in the hottest time of the year. Pure Comfort quickly helped us out. They did a great job and got us back comfortable in no time!
This is going to be a long review because there is a lot to say… I’d been nursing my old package unit along for years, and it finally gave out a couple of days before a big snow and ice storm was forecast to arrive. I was in a panic because my house has a crawlspace and without heat the plumbing was almost certain to freeze and break. I called a few places and was told they would put me on the wait list to come look at it, pretty much what I expected, but I was hoping for a miracle. That miracle happened when I called Pure Comfort late that day. These friendly folks came out the very next morning and confirmed that there was no safe way to repair my old unit (I completely agree, it had big rust holes in the burner housing which can’t be replaced). They provided multiple options depending on budget, and - get this - said they would put me in the front of the line and could get me fixed up the next day because of the dangerous single-digit temps that were coming! That level of customer service is incredible. Few companies would care if I was without heat for days, it’s just not their problem. Pure Comfort MADE it their problem, and I am beyond appreciative. Sure enough, early the next morning, several genuinely friendly techs arrived and minutes later a big truck pulled up with the shiny new unit! It was well below freezing outside already but the only thing they were concerned about was making sure I knew exactly what was being done and keeping me updated when they needed to turn power off and on. These guys had the old unit out and the new one in faster than I could have imagined, in just a couple of hours the heat was blowing and the house was warming back up and they were loading the old unit up for safe disposal. Sarah was amazing from the first call until the very end, letting me know who was on the way, and what time to expect them (always spot-on). The entire experience was easy, comfortable and relaxed for me. No HVAC equipment is cheap these days, but the price was actually less than I had expected, even with what was essentially emergency service - lets be honest here, most companies would have tacked on a hefty premium for that, these guys did it just because they genuinely cared about my safety and comfort. Payment was really easy, with financing options available if I wanted. I’ve got to tell you, I had looked over the options they sent on the first day and when I called at 7 o’clock that night to leave a message with my decision to go ahead, Travis answered the phone! The relief I felt was indescribable, knowing that these guys really care about their customers that much. That, my friends, is how you earn lifetime customers.
My wife and I just recently moved to Bellavista and do not know a lot of contractors. Someone recommended pure comfort heating and cooling to us. On February 15 when it was 0° And snowing heavily We lost our heat. Pure comfort and heat came to the rescue and got us up running. Super nice people. I will always recommend and use them as long as I live here.

I had some water buildup in the pan the furnace sits in. John quickly noted a negative drain flow and proposed elevating it and repositioning the trap off the floor as well as adding a drain float safety switch. Problem solved!

I got quotes from serval companies in Benton County for an HVAC system replacement and I found only two companies that were actually thorough and seemed to actually be interested in doing the job. Travis came to our home and went over a number of options in which we could choose from, with varying prices and styles of systems. We decided to go with an all electric HVAC system. The price was very reasonable. The System was installed and working in just four hours. Good quality work from a profession team. Our HVAC recently went out and we were stressed it would be the whole unit b/c the unit is 10 years old. Our A/C unit got zapped by lightning and John came over at 9pm to restore our A/C unit so my daughter and I could have air conditioning in July while my husband was working. We originally called them out due to our A/C freezing up. They were prompt and were able to get us patched up until we could have a new HVAC system installed. We have since had them install the new HVAC. The installers were amazing. The price was ALOT less than what we had been told it would cost. They didn’t try to up sell. Highly recommend Pure Comfort.

Highly recommend this company!!! We were displaced from the tornado for a few days and when we got back home this company was there & ready to work. We upgraded to a larger unit with dual fuel, replaced ductwork, cut in 2 more vents, a return, electrical work, etc. the first day they made sure we had a working AC especially with having kiddos. They finished on the 2nd day and it was fast. Very professional installers and had no issues working around our toddler. Again highly recommend!!
Our heat pump has got some years on it and it didn’t seem to be keeping up with the recent heat. A friend recommended John At Pure Condition and we are so pleased we did. We had another firm come out earlier and he said the only thing we could do is get a new system at $7500. That’s a lot of money these days and our friend recommended we call John. He came out did the thorough check of the system and we are so glad to report that he told us the Freon was now full and we should be good to go for a while. Are we paid was the $89 service fee, We were told this firm could be trusted to be honest and fair and they certainly were with us! Ann and Larry
We were on vacation when our house was struck by lightning. Pure Comfort was great and met with the person watching out house to discuss the AC. They came right out and got everything fixed so we didn’t have to suffer through these hot summer days. Great service and quick to help with insurance claim also.
The service provided by John was the best! He installed electrical outlets plus fixed our ducts and vents in the basement. He also took care of a few extra things that needed done (fixed our fan light, screwed in shelving, fixed outside lighting etc.). No questions asked, just provided great service.
We are building a mother-in-law apartment and just installed two mini split ACs. We needed them pressure tested and vacuumed. Pure Comfort (PC) was willing to work with a DIY.and we scheduled a time. They called to confirm the time and the tech called to confirm his early arrival. He got busy immediately testing and inspecting my work. . Fortunately he found one wire I had missed tightening that prevented the AC from working. As a DIYer I appreciate him showing and explaining to me what he was doing. He was quick, thorough, respectful and very complimentary on my work. Eventually a second tech arrived to start the second AC. I was expecting up to $500 to accomplish the work on the two systems. Rhey charged only $260, - trip fee, hourly rate and $50 for oil and nitrogen. They also gave me advice on yearly maintenance that I could do myself. I have four AC’s on this property and will use Pure Comfort to check all of them in the future. I would give them 6 stars. Jim

Update: We were kind of the problem child here. Our old setup didn’t work well with our new setup so they had to work out the kinks, but they did a fantastic job keeping on it and not giving up until everything worked well. We spoke on Monday night around 8 pm, you came to give us an estimate first thing Tuesday morning and our new unit was installed today (Thursday)! Thank you for taking such good care of us. Josh came out to our property multiple times to check on issues we were having with our unit and tried everything for us to save the unit... unfortunately, we had to get an entire new HVAC unit and it was such a smooth and easy process. John and the team at Pure Comfort were great to work with. Knowing I was out of heat and freezing temps were approaching, they moved quick to get my entire system replaced at a fair price. Cayden and Skyler did an awesome job of installing and turning up my Mitsubishi 3 head cassette system with heat pump. Their communication, timeliness and job site cleanliness was first rate. The owner, John, also checked in a couple times so I was confident my job had his attention as well. During the initial site visit he also provided some great advice on potential future improvements to optimize my current generator hook-up system. Will definitely use Pure Comfort for future HVAC needs.

2023 Update— We went with Pure Comfort for our new HVAC. John and his team were great, had our new system installed and went above and beyond! Highly recommend! Our AC stopped working and they had a technician out to our house within 24 hours of calling. He was able to replace the capacitor on our unit instead of us scrambling to replace it on such short notice. 10/10 would recommend!

Pure Comfort Heating and Air ,did an great quality job . They replaced some of our air duct insulation that had been damaged. They also took before and after pics to document for us. Definitely will be using them for any future needs.
Very happy with the service from Pure Comfort! It wasn't your typical electric job - I needed my sewing desk lift fixed. Brad had never worked on a sewing cabinet, but that wasn't an issue for him. The motor needed to be hooked up to a controller and he figured out how to make it work, and make me happy! My go-to electrician now!

They replaced an ancient water heater, super quick, answered all my silly questions, had it done in no time! Was able to upgrade to a larger one to give me lots more hot water. Billing was easy and convenient to pay!

Travis (the technician) was great. Our unit gave out during a “heat dome”. Called in the morning and they were at our house that day. They explained the issue, replaced the part and were reasonably priced.
Our air conditioning quit when we were expecting guests.the next day. We contacted John that evening. He said he would come early in the morning before our guests arrived . He came ashe said he would we were so appreciative.

We had a glitch with our AC due to a faulty signal wire, as well as a mini split in need of a leak repair. Pure Comfort had a tech out to us within 24 hours for the first issue, which was fixed, then quickly followed up to assist with the leak. Word to the wise on anyone buying a mini-split. Check the refrigerant! It may not be a common type and could cost $$$. Thank you to the Pure Comfort team for getting us fixed up!

I was impressed with Pure Comfort! They were actually trying to help me make the most of my current unit instead of trying to sell a new one. They offered fixes others AC companies didn’t like checking the warranty on our unit for us and cleaning out the filter around the unit itself and offering sealant for coil leak. They got a new customer today.

I called John Sunday afternoon when I discovered that our A/C had stopped working (the outside compressor wasn’t working). I asked to be put on their schedule for Monday & John said he would stop by on his way in to work (he lives in Pea Ridge as I do). Whatever happened had resolved itself & it came on (we had left the A/C off through the night). John checked some things & said it appeared to be okay. He said to let him know if it failed again but so far it’s working fine. I appreciate the quick response!

AC went out on Friday night this was the only company who had availability the following Saturday morning. Travis did a fantastic job explaining what was wrong & even offered tips for me to have my unit be more efficient. Within an hour it was fixed with him showing me what parts were replaced. Highly recommend them for anyone especially if it's on a weekend.

Made an appointment after business hours because my AC went out after 5pm. Was very quick to respond that evening! Appointment was scheduled for the next day. Travis was running behind and was 'late' for the appointment, but I understand because ACs go out in the summer and not all of them are an easy fix. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had my AC up and running in less than 20 minutes and it cost MUCH LESS than I was anticipating! Quick, friendly and reasonably priced!
