"Pure Comfort has come through again! The HOT July days caused our system blower to go out. Pure Comfort had a technician to our house the very next morning. Travis gave a solid diagnosis of the issue and found our part within 24 hours. He had us back up and cooling in no time! 10/10 service!"

"Great service, fast and efficient . Our AC is working great and reasonable price, 10/10 recommend!"

"Love these guys. They helped out in a pinch during the heat wave this summer and were so fast and pleasant. Had Dustin out to check the furnace for this winter and not only did he do his diligence on his tests and checks, he walked me through what he was doing, and offered some tips and tricks for homeowner maintenance. Great experience. Pure will definitely have my business."

"Excellent company and customer service from the first call you make to their office to the follow up communication making sure everything is working properly and to expectation after the work is completed. I had to have several repairs made to the AC and eventually an entirely new HVAC system installed. Competitive pricing and they offer a variety of services. Knowledgeable employees, friendly employees, fantastic communication, and more than competent work. They worked quickly and efficiently, kept me updated on progress and installation plans, and cleaned up everything from the installation before finishing the job. I also love that they send the same technician out each time (Dustin Morris) and make continuity a priority. I will absolutely continue to use them for all of my future HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs!"

"We have been using Pure Comfort over the last year and can’t be happier. They are extremely quick to respond and make it a priority to get it right the first time. John has an amazing team at Pure Comfort."

"We were very pleased with the service we received working with Pure Comfort on our HVAC issue. It is an older home with a narrow attic and we had ducting in need of replacement. The quote was fair and the quality of their work was great. We asked for a couple of additional things while they were in the attic and they did them without any problem or complaint. It was a tough job working in that cramped attic in the extreme heat but again, they took care of it without any problems or complaints."

"Quick service, respectful and courteous technician, and no pushy sales pitch."

"My house has been so hot that I thought we were going to die and that my house would do the funeral home a favor and cremate us. Dustin came out, diagnosed the issue, and did a fantastic job 10/10"

"Excellent work and communication. Caden and his crew were very professional and installation and clean up was great."

"Cannot say enough great things about this company! Dustin Morris was our service tech when we woke up to a warming house. He went above and beyond to get us cool and it didn’t break the bank! Super friendly and polite and efficient!"

"We had a great experience with Pure Comfort for both heating and cooling work and electrical work. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and very prompt. They were great about getting back to us, answering all of our questions, and making sure everything was taken care of. We were especially impressed with how well their staff worked together as a team. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. We also felt their pricing was very fair for the work that was done. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend Pure Comfort to anyone needing HVAC or electrical work. We will certainly use them again!"

"Fast, easy, and professional."

"Our experience with Pure Comfort was amazing. We had been experiencing numerous electrical issues--flickering lights, problems with multi-way switches, and a dim bulb. The master electrician came on a service call a couple of weeks ago to diagnosis our problems. Today, he returned with another electrician, and they spent a couple of hours replacing the backstabbed wiring in all our light switches, which solved both the flickering problem and the problem with the multi-way switches. The dim-bulb problem was being caused by the use of a socket extender, which we never would've figured out on our own. They did another thing or two that would've been difficult for us, going above and beyond the contracted service. We are so glad that someone referred us to this company. On the initial call, we had a straightforward conversation about replacing the wiring on all switches, just the ones that were malfunctioning, etc. We decided on all switches because our problems were fairly extensive already, but there was no pressure to make this decision. The total for all work was under $1,000--more than reasonable."

"We have used Pure Comfort multiples times. Very easy to deal with whether you need a new system for a new build or maintenance on an existing system. They're the only ones we use in NWA."

"Dustin was incredible. I’ve had Pure Comfort come out for multiple units and they are always honest and affordable. I’m very thankful for such a reliable local team of experts."

"Scheduled online early in the morning, had confirmation by 8am! Service was quick and professional. Don’t hesitate to trust with your business."

"Daniel and Stephen were great! It was a complicated removal of our old system but they made it work with no problems. Not to mention it was blazing hot! But they powered through. New system is fantastic! Service is A+ Flexible financing options were available which made this large purchase easy to handle. Thank you!"

"Steven Boak and Daniel Francisco installed our new unit today! They were super professional and friendly. We would absolutely recommend using Pure Comfort to our friends and family."

"I had a great experience with Pure Comfort, Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing today. After receiving a few bids to run power over 100 feet to my shed, I went with their bid. Brandon, Justin, and Justin got the job done quickly and to a high standard. I also appreciate it when a contractor cleans up after they do their work, and these guys did a great job with that, too. Thanks!"

"Jaime was great, very friendly and professional and communicated arrival and let me walk around with him while I asked him questions. He stayed until my issue was completely resolved. I'll request Jaime every time going forward and will use this company all the time going forward. Very reasonable pricing and very knowledgeable."

"I just got out of the hospital only to come home to an unbearably hot house. They responded quickly, talked me through every step of the process and Diego was so friendly and professional. Could not recommend anyone else for better customer service and I work in that field."

"Fantastic work, clear communication, amazing results."

"Dustin came in and went above and beyond! He knew how geothermal should function and we appreciated his expertise so much! Thank you!!"

"Justin showed up a little early but did ask if it was okay. He was all business but answered all my questions and talked me off of the ledge on a few major concerns I had. Pricing was very reasonable, not the cheapest but very reasonable. I had a plumber lined up to finish connections for our kitchen remodel but I think I will use Pure Comfort instead. My favorite thing about this company is their pre-pricing. I sent them photos of the job and I received a quote, I could approve or disapprove the pricing….no surprises. Justin even looked at another plumbing issue I had and gave me detailed advice on how to troubleshoot the problem. I have found my new plumbing company."

"I was in the heat all week my poor animals were roasting I called several companies and nobody could get to me for two days ,it was 90 + degrees and my house was even hotter !! "I highly recommend Pure Comfort AC! I bought my house 7 years ago, and from the very beginning the upstairs thermostat never worked properly. The upstairs was always too hot, and the home builder sent their AC contractor out twice. They spent hours trying to fix the problem, but they never found the real issue. For the past 7 years, we could only use the downstairs thermostat and just lived with it. This summer, our outdoor AC unit suddenly stopped working. The fan wasn't running, the air coming from the vents wasn't cold, and with temperatures around 93°F, our family was extremely uncomfortable. The technicians from Pure Comfort AC arrived and diagnosed the problem within just 5 minutes. They discovered that the system had been wired incorrectly from the beginning—a problem that had gone unnoticed for 7 years! They fixed it quickly, and now everything works the way it should. I'm incredibly grateful to the Pure Comfort AC team for finding and fixing a problem that no one else could solve. Their knowledge, professionalism, and honesty saved us from years of discomfort. Thank you, Pure Comfort AC! Especially, thank you, Dustin Morris!"

"Ok, so like everyone else’s AC units, our house unit has ran hard the last few weeks with these really high temperatures. This weekend with the drop the system really didn’t slow down much! Being able to hear the outside unit run, well a different kind of noise was coming from it. Pure Comfort installed these unit over 6 years ago, gave them a call and they had Dustin at my door today!!! By the time Dustin was done he brought me in a blanket, said “I was going to need it! “ ! HE DIDN’T LIE” . Had us running efficiently and had the house like a freezer 🥶 in no time! Not only that he was very respectful to my situation as I work from home, didn’t interrupt my day a million times. Also was very careful about my pets and not letting them out. Thank you Pure Comfort."

"Daniel Francisco did a phenomenal job. Punctual, fast, polite, pleasant, & hard working. Well done!"

"It was good ,didn't try to ripe me off like some company, some company try to sell u a new unit by the time they got out of their service truck.like Anderson. Keep up the good service ."

"AC went out and they were able to come out the next day. Unfortunately a part had to be ordered but they got it installed as soon as it was received. The tech even gave me some pointers on extra maintenance that could prolong the life of my system, that I could do myself... and I am not talking about keeping the system clean. I always appreciate a company that values their customers over trying to make a few extra bucks."

"Thank you, Pure. Comfort for coming to our rescue today after our air-conditioning unit went out. You’re here very promptly the next morning fixed our unit and we are up and running and absolutely love on the cool air!"

"They had a universal part that could be used and made the job reasonably priced."

"AC went out at 1am called Pure Comfort for a service call and less than 15 hrs later Troy and Dustin showed up at our home and discovered our condenser unit had a blown capacitor. Troy and Dustin informed us the contributing factor for the blown capacitor was the condenser cooling fins were completely plugged with dust and grime thus hindering air flow causing the condenser unit to operate at higher temperatures. After replacing the capacitor we had Troy and Dustin do a complete cleaning of the condenser unit and also our daughters unit as well which was a good thing because our daughters unit was much dirtier than ours. Just have to say that from the time Troy and Dustin arrived at our home they performed everything with great care and attitude. Their professionalism was top notch and we don’t know how they were smiling with a great attitude the whole time because it was so hot outside and they were dripping heavily with sweat but they didn’t seem bothered they just plugged along like it was nothing. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the service call and highly recommended Pure Comfort to any of our neighbors. Again, we would like to acknowledge Troy and Dustin and give them both a BIG THANK YOU for the great work they did."

"Troy Bell did a spectacular job as our service technician. He took his time to do the job right, and cleaned up thoroughly when he was done. I appreciate his attention to detail!"

"Good customer service, fast service and high recommended."

"Our AC stopped working and we had another company out that said we needed to replace the motor ($5500)/ I figured I’d get a second opinion and Pure Comfort came out and pinpointed the problem right away - how the thermostat was configured. No new motor needed and just $59 for the visit. Terrific service!"

"Crew was great, extremely friendly and professional. Did a wonderful job installing my mini split. Only knock was they did have to reschedule our install due to several emergency repairs. I don’t hold that against them as they were getting people back up and running during the heat of the summer."

"Came out the same day for service. Was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting clear honest service. Thank you Diego Valdez."

"Jaime Martinez with our service tech. He was polite and informative. He seemed to cover all areas of the system - outside, inside, filters, vents, airflow, etc. This unit was only 4 months old purchased from a different company and apparently it had been overcharged with refrigerant. Jaime corrected the charge level and did some additional insulation on the inside unit. At this point in time, my review just covers his professionalism, he worked efficiently, but the results won’t be known immediately. So I’m expecting perfect cooling in the next 24 hours, if not, I will come back and change my review. But for now I’m a happy customer."

"Jamie Martinez was the service technician from PURE COMFORT that came out to diagnose the problem with our HVAC system. "Travis is amazing! Very personable, arrived within the time frame and got the job done quickly! Kyle came out a couple of weeks ago just for a maintenance check and discovered there was a leak and I had no refrigerant at all. The parts were ordered and he came back in a few days and got me fixed right up! Very good service both times and I’m so glad I have Pure Comfort as my HVAC company! Thanks everyone for providing such great service!"

"I setup regular maintenance on my units for the first time and the tech was very personable, help me understand what he would be doing and how to help make sure the unit lasts. From the phone call to the office to schedule the visit to the tech from Pure Comfort they were very polite and easy to talk to and ask questions. As much as I hope I don’t need them…... It’s nice to know they are there and willing to help. These days a lot of companies don’t prioritize customer service and they have AMAZING customer service!"

"Great customer service. Came out on a weekend and fixed the problem. No one else could come until Monday."

"Fantastic experience! Jamie came out and checked everything. Our system is working well and there isn’t a reason for the alerts from the Electric company. He changed some settings and showed me some simple things to do to make better use of the warm air. Discussed some design changes we could do if the simple tricks aren’t enough. He didn’t try to upsell me anything. Unbelievable low cost for the time he took with me. I think I said something like, “Is that all???” We have a new service provider!!"

"Very good people to work with and good workmanship. I highly recommend them."

"We are so thankful for this company. We called John, told him our electrical problem and he and his helper came right out and fixed our problem. They were super nice and quick! "100% happy with the service Travis provided. He was able to get our AC running again quickly."

"I chose Pure Comfort based on many local very favorable reviews, and I’m so glad I did! Everything was easy and pleasant, the entire way through! I don’t easily give 5 star reviews, but it’s definitely warranted! I appreciate the professionalism, ease and speed, as well as the cost. Thanks!"

"Great service"

"We purchased a fixer upper with no central air. John came out and helped us decide on the appropriate system and was available and responsive throughout the entire process to answer any questions we had. Zac and the guys did an awesome job installing and the system passed it’s rough-in inspection on the first go. Ashley was great to work with in billing or passing on messages to John or the crew. Would definitely hire Pure Comfort again. Couldn’t ask for a better experience getting this big project done."

"Nathan was amazing. He was quick, explained the issue and options for fixing it. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. He even stayed a bit longer to ensure the temps coming from the vents was staying cool. Great job Nathan!! Thank you for everything!!"

"Told me they would be there between 8-9 am, showed up in that time frame, fortunately for me my furnace was turned off and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Only charged the service fee to come out there and went on their way within 20 minutes of being there. Good communication, on time, and got it all sorted out quicker than I expected!"

"We had issues with our AC in the hottest time of the year. Pure Comfort quickly helped us out. They did a great job and got us back comfortable in no time!"

"This is going to be a long review because there is a lot to say… I’d been nursing my old package unit along for years, and it finally gave out a couple of days before a big snow and ice storm was forecast to arrive. I was in a panic because my house has a crawlspace and without heat the plumbing was almost certain to freeze and break. I called a few places and was told they would put me on the wait list to come look at it, pretty much what I expected, but I was hoping for a miracle. That miracle happened when I called Pure Comfort late that day. These friendly folks came out the very next morning and confirmed that there was no safe way to repair my old unit (I completely agree, it had big rust holes in the burner housing which can’t be replaced). They provided multiple options depending on budget, and - get this - said they would put me in the front of the line and could get me fixed up the next day because of the dangerous single-digit temps that were coming! That level of customer service is incredible. Few companies would care if I was without heat for days, it’s just not their problem. Pure Comfort MADE it their problem, and I am beyond appreciative. Sure enough, early the next morning, several genuinely friendly techs arrived and minutes later a big truck pulled up with the shiny new unit! It was well below freezing outside already but the only thing they were concerned about was making sure I knew exactly what was being done and keeping me updated when they needed to turn power off and on. These guys had the old unit out and the new one in faster than I could have imagined, in just a couple of hours the heat was blowing and the house was warming back up and they were loading the old unit up for safe disposal. Sarah was amazing from the first call until the very end, letting me know who was on the way, and what time to expect them (always spot-on). The entire experience was easy, comfortable and relaxed for me. No HVAC equipment is cheap these days, but the price was actually less than I had expected, even with what was essentially emergency service - lets be honest here, most companies would have tacked on a hefty premium for that, these guys did it just because they genuinely cared about my safety and comfort. Payment was really easy, with financing options available if I wanted. I’ve got to tell you, I had looked over the options they sent on the first day and when I called at 7 o’clock that night to leave a message with my decision to go ahead, Travis answered the phone! The relief I felt was indescribable, knowing that these guys really care about their customers that much. That, my friends, is how you earn lifetime customers."

"My wife and I just recently moved to Bellavista and do not know a lot of contractors. Someone recommended pure comfort heating and cooling to us. "The folks at Pure Comfort Heating, Cooling & Electrical merit honorable mentions. I got quotes from serval companies in Benton County for an HVAC system replacement and I found only two companies that were actually thorough and seemed to actually be interested in doing the job. Travis came to our home and went over a number of options in which we could choose from, with varying prices and styles of systems. We decided to go with an all electric HVAC system. The price was very reasonable. The System was installed and working in just four hours. Good quality work from a profession team. I just wanted to say thank you to the team at Pure Comfort Heating, Cooling & Electrical! The HVAC crew is Travis, Nathan, and Caden. And the in house Electrical crew is Tyler and Jordan. These fellas work as a professional and courteous team. Kudos! I highly recommend Pure Comfort Heating, Cooling & Electrical...."

"My wife and I bought a fixer upper to add to our rental portfolio and it required all brand new ductwork, air conditioning ,and furnace unit. John at Pure Comfort provided a lot of guidance and expertise to help the decision making less of a heart ache. Not only that but he always picked up the phone or provided a quick text response as we worked through our project over several months. He was punctual, professional, and actually the most affordable of all the companies we had out to quote our project. It's very very difficult to find a company that prides themselves in quality work, does it in a timely manner, and at an affordable price! Pure Comfort exceeded all expectations and I have incredibly high standards. Highly recommend John and Pure Comfort!!"

"Our heat pump has got some years on it and it didn’t seem to be keeping up with the recent heat. A friend recommended John At Pure Condition and we are so pleased we did. We had another firm come out earlier and he said the only thing we could do is get a new system at $7500. That’s a lot of money these days and our friend recommended we call John. He came out did the thorough check of the system and we are so glad to report that he told us the Freon was now full and we should be good to go for a while. Are we paid was the $89 service fee, We were told this firm could be trusted to be honest and fair and they certainly were with us! Ann and Larry"

"We were on vacation when our house was struck by lightning. Pure Comfort was great and met with the person watching out house to discuss the AC. "We are building a mother-in-law apartment and just installed two mini split ACs. We needed them pressure tested and vacuumed. Pure Comfort (PC) was willing to work with a DIY.and we scheduled a time. They called to confirm the time and the tech called to confirm his early arrival. He got busy immediately testing and inspecting my work. . Fortunately he found one wire I had missed tightening that prevented the AC from working. As a DIYer I appreciate him showing and explaining to me what he was doing. He was quick, thorough, respectful and very complimentary on my work. Eventually a second tech arrived to start the second AC. I was expecting up to $500 to accomplish the work on the two systems. Rhey charged only $260, - trip fee, hourly rate and $50 for oil and nitrogen. They also gave me advice on yearly maintenance that I could do myself. I have four AC’s on this property and will use Pure Comfort to check all of them in the future. I would give them 6 stars. Jim"

"Update: We were kind of the problem child here. Our old setup didn’t work well with our new setup so they had to work out the kinks, but they did a fantastic job keeping on it and not giving up until everything worked well. Their team is fantastic and they truly care and take pride in what they do. Thank you Pure Comfort Heating, Cooling & Electrical. We spoke on Monday night around 8 pm, you came to give us an estimate first thing Tuesday morning and our new unit was installed today (Thursday)! Thank you for taking such good care of us. It was HOT today and your crew worked so hard to finish the job. I know the attic had to be miserable and your crew stuck it out and made it happen. We also really appreciate you being nearly half the price of the first bid we received. Our house is 68 degrees and it’s glorious. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"THESE ARE YOUR GO-TO GUYS!!! Josh has been a lifesaver to our family since February of this year... Josh came out to our property multiple times to check on issues we were having with our unit and tried everything for us to save the unit... unfortunately, we had to get an entire new HVAC unit and it was such a smooth and easy process. Brad was super informative and he brought a crowd of guys out to get the new unit installed in record time. I have nothing but the kindest and most positive things to say about this company. Besides the exceptional customer service, we got the best price and warranty in town. Their prices and knowledge are so valuable and you won't find anyone in NWA to beat them. THANK YOU Pure Comfort Heating, Cooling & Electric!! ❤️"

During the initial site visit he also provided some great advice on potential future improvements to optimize my current generator hook-up system. Will definitely use Pure Comfort for future HVAC needs."

"Pure Comfort is a Pure Joy to work with. Pure Professionals. They were as quick as they could be during this heat wave, as I am quite sure mine was not the only unit in need of help. Purely excellent job of keeping us informed on status of parts and when we could expect the jobs completion. Let John and his crew deliver you some Pure Comfort next time you experience discomfort!"

"2023 Update— We went with Pure Comfort for our new HVAC. John and his team were great, had our new system installed and went above and beyond! Highly recommend! Our AC stopped working and they had a technician out to our house within 24 hours of calling. He was able to replace the capacitor on our unit instead of us scrambling to replace it on such short notice. 10/10 would recommend!"

"I have done business with Pure Comfort several times over the past 3 years. John and his staff have always met or exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Leonard H."

The motor needed to be hooked up to a controller and he figured out how to make it work, and make me happy! My go-to electrician now!"

"I was extremely please with the service I received from them. If you have a problem them this is the company to call. I don't think there could be anyone better."

"Update: Still awesome. Just got some quarterly maintenance done and it's great having a company that knows our property well enough that they can come in, do what needs to be done, and me trust that it's being done. Also can't say enough about the office staff. Very kind and helpful every time! Absolute breeze to work with. They are professional on site, the office staff is kind and eager to help, and they're always on time. A rare trifecta in the HVAC world."

"Came out quickly to offer a second opinion. Very helpful and friendly!"

"Nick was very friendly and professional. Took time to explain what he was inspecting and the results. Highly encourage working with Pure Comfort."

"Through prompting by this company, I gave a positive review last fall (2025) after routine inspection of my Air handler/Heat pump, before I throughly knew the Issues. The Technician (Nick) told me I needed a new Capacitor. This is not an expensive item, as low as $15.00 on Amazon. I was quoted OVER $308.00 for return trip to replace it. When I did not set up another appt., the company continued contact stating that they were “the best” for this work, and when I did not reply, they offered a small discount. I then replied that my husband would be back in Arkansas and he handled maintenance with our 2 homes heating & air. My husband not only found NOTHING WRONG with the capacitor, but the undisturbed spider webs indicated that the unit may not have been opened for inspection. If this company wishes a successful business, honestly plays a HUGE role in that endeavor. I will not use them again."

"Excellent, super fast service! Jamie was friendly, professional, and the price cant be beat!"

Pure Comfort had a tech out to us within 24 hours for the first issue, which was fixed, then quickly followed up to assist with the leak. Word to the wise on anyone buying a mini-split. "I was impressed with Pure Comfort! They were actually trying to help me make the most of my current unit instead of trying to sell a new one. They offered fixes others AC companies didn’t like checking the warranty on our unit for us and cleaning out the filter around the unit itself and offering sealant for coil leak. They got a new customer today."

"Quick service and great communication! Loved the 1 hour arrival window unlike other companies with a 4 hour window. My tech was very knowledgeable, nice, and polite."

"Great company. - Responded fast and quality work."

"Diego was great. He took my problem seriously! Now it up to the Pure Comfort to follow up with his recommendation!"

"TI called John Sunday afternoon when I discovered that our A/C had stopped working (the outside compressor wasn’t working). I asked to be put on their schedule for Monday & John said he would stop by on his way in to work (he lives in Pea Ridge as I do). Whatever happened had resolved itself & it came on (we had left the A/C off through the night). John checked some things & said it appeared to be okay. He said to let him know if it failed again but so far it’s working fine. I appreciate the quick response! March 10,2026 - Pure Comfort did an annual maintenance check today on my A/C & mini-split system (used in my garage). Troy checked it out & made sure everything worked as expected. Another good job from Pure Comfort!"

"John is fantastic, he went above and beyond to help us. We were working through our home warranty and now have found our forever A/C maintenance crew. Our home warranty was taking forever, but John constantly stayed in contact with us and actually cared about us. When we had the install done his team came out at 7 am and we're done super fast. Our air works and we are no longer in Arkansas hell. Highly recommend them, best service I have ever received. Thank y'all so much for all you do! We have signed up for the maintence program just for extra peace of mind that everything is in great condition. They have always been so nice and professional. Troy was awesome, thank you!"

"Made an appointment after business hours because my AC went out after 5pm. Was very quick to respond that evening! Appointment was scheduled for the next day. Travis was running behind and was 'late' for the appointment, but I understand because ACs go out in the summer and not all of them are an easy fix. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had my AC up and running in less than 20 minutes and it cost MUCH LESS than I was anticipating! Quick, friendly and reasonably priced!"

I definitely recommend going with them for your heating and cooling needs. It’s so hard to find an honest and affordable company that delivers quality service nowadays, but these guys are it!"

"I've used these guys when the owner John was only doing electrical work. I cannot say enough good things about these guys, the quality of their work, and pricing. Today I had Tyler from Pure Comfort come out to clean up and repair some old electrical work. I don't have a ton of photos because the real mess was what Tyler had removed. Hands down, if you need electrical or HVAC. Pure Comfort Heating, Cooling, and Electric is who you need to call."

"Pure comfort handled all aspects of the HVAC in my custom home very professionally. Communication is important for smooth operation and every visit was properly communicated"

"Great customer service and quick AC replacement at a good price. Would recommend! Update: I moved to another home and they came to my location even when I am not really in their service location. "Joe did a great job on our AC unit he was very friendly and knowledgeable"

"I was able to book an appointment online over this past weekend and got a technician out the next day. The technician was respectful, knowledgeable and provided viable solutions for the repair that did not break the bank. He provided a phone call when he was en route, which I appreciated very much, and kept me updated via phone as I was at work throughout the process. The technician was able to get my AC repaired and working great even with the 90+ degree humid weather out today! Fantastic service."
