"AC went out at 1am called Pure Comfort for a service call and less than 15 hrs later Troy and Dustin showed up at our home and discovered our condenser unit had a blown capacitor. Troy and Dustin informed us the contributing factor for the blown capacitor was the condenser cooling fins were completely plugged with dust and grime thus hindering air flow causing the condenser unit to operate at higher temperatures. After replacing the capacitor we had Troy and Dustin do a complete cleaning of the condenser unit and also our daughters unit as well which was a good thing because our daughters unit was much dirtier than ours. Just have to say that from the time Troy and Dustin arrived at our home they performed everything with great care and attitude. Their professionalism was top notch and we don’t know how they were smiling with a great attitude the whole time because it was so hot outside and they were dripping heavily with sweat but they didn’t seem bothered they just plugged along like it was nothing. We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the service call and highly recommended Pure Comfort to any of our neighbors. At this point in time, my review just covers his professionalism, he worked efficiently, but the results won’t be known immediately. So I’m expecting perfect cooling in the next 24 hours, if not, I will come back and change my review. But for now I’m a happy customer."

"This is going to be a long review because there is a lot to say… I’d been nursing my old package unit along for years, and it finally gave out a couple of days before a big snow and ice storm was forecast to arrive. I was in a panic because my house has a crawlspace and without heat the plumbing was almost certain to freeze and break. I called a few places and was told they would put me on the wait list to come look at it, pretty much what I expected, but I was hoping for a miracle. That miracle happened when I called Pure Comfort late that day. These friendly folks came out the very next morning and confirmed that there was no safe way to repair my old unit (I completely agree, it had big rust holes in the burner housing which can’t be replaced). They provided multiple options depending on budget, and - get this - said they would put me in the front of the line and could get me fixed up the next day because of the dangerous single-digit temps that were coming! That level of customer service is incredible. Few companies would care if I was without heat for days, it’s just not their problem. Pure Comfort MADE it their problem, and I am beyond appreciative. Sure enough, early the next morning, several genuinely friendly techs arrived and minutes later a big truck pulled up with the shiny new unit! It was well below freezing outside already but the only thing they were concerned about was making sure I knew exactly what was being done and keeping me updated when they needed to turn power off and on. These guys had the old unit out and the new one in faster than I could have imagined, in just a couple of hours the heat was blowing and the house was warming back up and they were loading the old unit up for safe disposal. Sarah was amazing from the first call until the very end, letting me know who was on the way, and what time to expect them (always spot-on). The entire experience was easy, comfortable and relaxed for me. No HVAC equipment is cheap these days, but the price was actually less than I had expected, even with what was essentially emergency service - lets be honest here, most companies would have tacked on a hefty premium for that, these guys did it just because they genuinely cared about my safety and comfort. Payment was really easy, with financing options available if I wanted. I’ve got to tell you, I had looked over the options they sent on the first day and when I called at 7 o’clock that night to leave a message with my decision to go ahead, Travis answered the phone! The relief I felt was indescribable, knowing that these guys really care about their customers that much. That, my friends, is how you earn lifetime customers."

The Technician (Nick) told me I needed a new Capacitor. This is not an expensive item, as low as $15.00 on Amazon. I was quoted OVER $308.00 for return trip to replace it. When I did not set up another appt., the company continued contact stating that they were “the best” for this work, and when I did not reply, they offered a small discount. I then replied that my husband would be back in Arkansas and he handled maintenance with our 2 homes heating & air. My husband not only found NOTHING WRONG with the capacitor, but the undisturbed spider webs indicated that the unit may not have been opened for inspection. If this company wishes a successful business, honestly plays a HUGE role in that endeavor. I will not use them again."
